I’m definitely switching to this office. I went in with a wisdom tooth that had seen it’s days and was causing me a ton of pain. He numbed me up and got it out in under 15 minutes! Probably even quicker. His bedside manner is everything you want in a doctor. Very considerate and kind, especially if you have any anxiety! He checked in consistently through the whole procedure and cheered me on the entire time. Kind, caring, happy demeanor, and great sense of humor! Actually pleased to be going back next week for additional dental work.

Ive been going to Columbia Dental for a few yrs. now and each time has been fast, painless, and thorough. The Dentist has always done a great job and was very attentive towards any discomfort. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had, which completely put me at ease. Over all I had a pleasant experience.

Always happy with the experience at Columbia! I have a lot of other health and personal issues do deal with so I'm not the easiest patient to take care of. Dr. Patel (I believe that's my dentist name in new haven office) and the rest of the office r so accommodating and understanding! They work with me as much as they can and always make me feel welcome. I recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a dentist!

I've had a lot of bad dental experiences, this was not one of them! The Dentist here is very professional and he makes sure that you feel comfortable and he explains everything clearly. I usually have questions for my dentist and he answers the questions without making you feel as though you're bothering him. This is great quality care. The staff is also very accommodating, respectful, and kind. I tend to be a nervous patient and they all made sure I was calm and comfortable. I had a great experience overall every time I went in thou, very thorough. The one negative issue I have with this dentist office is with the parking lot it’s small and the building is shared with other medical practices and you have to record your license plate with the lot attendants and get your parking validated so you won’t have to pay for parking. Most may not enjoy their dentistry experiences but I very much recommend this dentist to everyone.

The staff was friendly & explained exactly what the treatment & cost would be for services. I really appreciated this as I was not surprised later with a huge fee. I also appreciated Tisa taking the time to speak to me & my son, it made me feel like she really cares about her patients. Lastly my son thought the doctor did a good job & was really nice. Keep up the good work & service.

The customer service is extremely great. Starting with the reminder calls to make or come into your appointment is a plus for me. Your wait isn’t very long. Everyone is smiling and seems like they want to help you and want to do their jobs. The atmosphere relaxes you and makes you comfortable. The dentist do an amazing job, along with the dental assistants. The give good feedback on what to expect and not to expect. The always answer the phone when you call and try to answer any question asked.

Columbia dental has always had availability for me during any dental emergency. I don’t feel discriminated against for having state insurance like I have at other offices. Staff is upfront and honest about cost. They are very clean and the office is very quiet. All staff I have encountered are patient and kind. My dentist is the most gentle and polite dentist I’ve ever had. I love that they hire women with tattoos or unnatural hair color for the front desk. They are always polite and professional. I never feel pressured and they work with you if you have anxiety. The waiting room is kid friendly and spacious. I can’t stress enough how kind and professional the staff is.

My appointment was on Thursday, and the level of service was spectacular. I felt welcome, understood and comfortable. My anxieties where put at ease throughout the visit. A truly favorable experience nothing compare to the ones I previously had. I am grateful to the team that treated me, Katiana and Dr. Shande are super caring, attentive and funny. Definitely exceeded my expectations. 👌👍🦷

Daniel Nasimov was great!! Front desk was very kind, friendly and professional, saw how much discomfort I had and was able to get me in for same day visit. I have had horrible experiences with dentist and very of fraud of getting dental work. I’m definitely switching to this office. I went in with a wisdom tooth that had me unable o speak nor open my mouth. He numbed me up and got it out in under 15 minutes! Probably even quicker. His bedside manner is everything you want in a doctor. Very considerate and kind, especially if you have any anxiety! He checked in consistently through the whole procedure.

The experience with Dr Joohan Lee was excellent and I would recommend this clinic for all dental procedures.
